A Global Quilt of Flavors
Family recipes shaped by places, memories and generations.
The menu at Roghani’s brings together many of the family’s favorite recipes, inspired by the European regions of France, Italy and Greece alongside authentic Persian dishes.
Roghani is the family’s last name, with roots in Iran. That heritage inspired the Persian elements of the menu and gives the restaurant a story that reaches beyond any single cuisine.
The result is an evening of Mediterranean flavors, Persian traditions, house wines and hospitality brought together inside Château des Fleurs in Eagle.
Persian Heritage
The Roghani family name comes from Iran, inspiring Persian dishes and flavors that connect the restaurant to its family roots.
European Inspiration
France, Italy and Greece influence the menu through Mediterranean ingredients, familiar classics and recipes enjoyed by the family.
Idaho Hospitality
These global influences meet in Eagle, Idaho, where Roghani’s welcomes guests into the distinctive surroundings of Château des Fleurs.
Around the Table
Food designed to bring people together.
Roghani’s menu is less about following one culinary tradition and more about sharing the foods and flavors the family has loved across cultures.
Mediterranean-inspired dishes sit alongside Persian specialties, creating a dining experience that feels both international and deeply personal.

A family story that continues in the vineyard.
In 2005, the Roghani family acquired three established Idaho vineyards — Ellensburg, Miceli and Rock Creek — including some of the region’s older vines.
Today, Roghani Vineyards overlooks the Snake River Valley, producing wines that form another part of the family’s table and the dining experience at Roghani’s.
